I wore this outfit the first full day I was back visiting my family (see here). I got so many compliments and questions about this skirt (last seen here styled for work), I couldn’t believe it! I love outfits that are are super comfortable and stylish at the same time. This striped skirt proved to travel nicely and wrinkle free. I didn’t have to iron it even after taking it out of my suitcase.
As I mentioned in my previous post, these Mari sandals are super comfortable except the buckle part does rub on the ankle from the inside. I’m not sure if this is going to get better with time but I’ll test them out again this weekend. My poor ankles will take one for the team and I will report back. If you don’t have a pair of neutral sandals, they are a must for Summer! I like that these are not only neutral but also practical plus giving you some height (for us short gals).

You look gorgeous Annie! I love this entire outfit! I have grabby hands for your striped skirt and I’m still waiting to try on the Mari sandals in stores. I hope you find a solution for the straps rubbing against your ankles because they’re so flattering and classy. I took a peek at the J.crew new arrivals too and have my eye on the Noelle dress, Remi ribbon sandals and the chainlink sandals in navy.
